EXCHANGE & RETURN

Online Purchase


What: Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged. Sale items include discounted items and any reduced item promotions.

Time: Our return and exchange policy are valid for 14 days from the day your item arrives.

How:

  1. Email our team at info@ozziecozzieco.com and explain your issue.

  2. Wait for a confirmation email regarding your issue.

  3. Once you have received confirmation, the item(s) can be posted back or dropped off at our store in Central, but must be unused with the tags still attached, in the original packaging and packing slip invoice included.

  4. Once your returned item has been checked and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation.

  5. Returned items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit on the site, please specify what option you would like to proceed with.

  6. Refunds, exchanges and credit notes can take up to 14-days to be issued.

  7. Exchange for another size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state on the delivery note the item you wish to exchange and the new size. Remember that exchanges will only be accepted in stores. If you wish to exchange your item for another model or colour, you must return the item and place a new order.
  8. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the refunded item of the purchase under HK$500.00. Purchase over HD$500, we offer free shipping for returns.

In Store Purchase


Return items must be accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of orignial purchase.

Garments must be unworn with labels still attached and protective plastic panty strip still in place.

Returns may be exchanged for a replacement item of the same value, otherwise credit note can be issued.

Refund is not available.
