General Shipping Informaiton


-For all online customer service and product enquiries, please email info@ozziecozzieco.com

-Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

-We will endeavor to process all online shopping within 2 business days of placing your order. Once your order is complete and has been shipped, you will receive a tracking information email.

-Please contact us if you do not receive your confirmation of order and / or tracking information email at: info@ozziecozzieco.com

-Please be mindful that over the weekends, public holidays and religious holidays, we cannot guarantee the same time period of processing orders. All orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the following business day.

-We use S.F Express for most orders. Packages sent with S.F usually take 2-4 business days to arrive at their destination.

-If you require your items to be expedited in a faster time frame, please specify this in the notes section on your order.




Shipping Cost


Free shipping for HK local delivery when the single purchase is over HK$800, and free shipping for Macau orders, when the single purchase is over HK$1000. Otherwise HK$40 for each shipment for HK local delivery, HK$50 for Macau shipment.




Shipping Regions


Currently, all orders are sent out from our shop in Central, HongKong. We ship to HongKong & Macau. For ther other regions, please consult seprately via email for specail cases.




Shipping Complaints


All time-frames given for shipping are a guideline, we are not responsible for this shipping guide and cannot guarantee that the package will arrive in the time allocated. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any property that is lost, damaged or stolen. If you have any issues with shipping, please report to the designated shipping company with your complaints if you come across any of these issues.
